Our place is close to South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski resort. Walk out the front door to the national forest hiking trail, and down the street from the lake, restaurants and Casinos. You’ll love our place because of the comfy beds, the gourmet kitchen, the coziness and how quiet the neighborhood is. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children). We are unique because we are close to the ski resort (Heavenly), close to South Lake Tahoe, hiking and the casinos. You have access of the whole house. We do not live on the premises. Check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am, if you need to get in or out later, please ask. I am happy to interact with my guests as much or as little as they would like. We love that our neighborhood is quite, has really nice families here and that we can walk down our street to the hiking trail. We care about our neighbors, so we ask for no loud parties! Small quite ones are okay. Hide out in your backyard National Forest, yet reside close to Tahoe's action-packed south shore. Drive only 4 miles to the big casinos, restaurants, theaters, shopping, music, entertainment, beaches, boating, sailing, swimming and skiing at Lake Tahoe's South Shore. Drive 1.8 miles to the uncrowded Nevada ski lifts at Heavenly Ski Area. Drive ½ mile to the beautiful Tahoe Rim Trail and off-road vehicle National Forest Service roads. Walk 4 blocks to the neighborhood playground, equipped with quality equipment and a ball field. Walk, ski or bike 3 blocks to trails that lead to the Tahoe Rim Trail and Castle Rock. Walk from the front yard to the Toiyabe National Forest, where you can hike, mountain bike, ride horses, sled, ski and snowmobile. Dear guests, This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties, please. Also, for your info, there is a small air conditioning unit in the front window of the house. It never gets above 87 degrees in Stateline, Nevada. We have ceiling fans and the windows have screens on them so they can be left open to cool the home if needed. There is a 14% El Dorado Occupancy tax is included in the nightly rates. Please do not flush feminine products or other paper products, like baby wipes or paper towels because these items cause blockages or clogs in the sewage system.
