Condo features an open floor plan with a big kitchen, large dining table, plus breakfast bar. The living room has a 12 foot sliding glass doors to the extra long balcony. This unit is stocked with pool floats, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, small cooler and an umbrella to relax at the beach, just steps away! We also have a heated community pool if you prefer to relax poolside. Your stay at Beachside Villas provides an assigned on-site parking space (pass provided). The unit has been updated and is super nice and clean. We have replaced all mechanicals (kitchen appliances, water heater, air conditioner, washer/dryer) and furniture. Ceiling fans through out the unit. Located within walking distance to many local seaside restaurants, ice cream shops, bus stop, the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve plus much more. Large master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has two twin size beds. Second large bathroom has tub/shower combo with extra long vanity, loads of space! If you want to leave the driving to someone else the bus/trolley stop is just steps from our building. You can take a short ride to Clear Water beach, St Pete Beach and many more attractions. Our condo is on the 15th Ave beach access are within walking distance to bicycle and paddle board rentals, the bus trolley stop and much more.
