Enjoy laying on the hammocks in the front porch, or relaxing in the back porch while listening to your favorite vinyl records. The space Outside you can enjoy the large back yard with trampoline, cozy patio with cantilever umbrellas, and cornhole! The private dock is a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the property and can be enjoyed by all. The interior features hardwood floors throughout, updated bathroom, new blinds, 2 televisions, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms plus a pull-out couch on porch. An air mattress is also available. There is a newly-added outdoor shower located on the back of the garage, which has a separate water heater. The home is located near Dockside Restaurant, which is a fun family beach bar with sand, water, live music, and games for the kids. The home is near a peaceful, less-crowded beach. Guest access Guests may access the entire home, garage, and private dock. The shed is not accessible. The golf cart may be used with prior authorization. Other things to note Private dock is included with home and your boat may be docked there during your stay. There is a dock box which includes dock chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset, or fish off the pier. Guests also have access to bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, children’s toys, washer and dryer, refrigerator in garage, fishing rods, wagon, and more (located in garage).
