The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped for greater comfort. It has a washing machine, dryer, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning and heating. The living room has a double sofa bed. Other things to note *****This accommodation is intended exclusively for personal stays for tourism purposes such as vacations, leisure or recreation, being expressly excluded from the scope of Title II of the LAU relating to habitual residence, as well as from the rent containment regulations of Decree Law 1/2025, since it does not have a residential, work, training, medical or similar purpose. Therefore, under no circumstances may this dwelling be used as a habitual and permanent residence, nor for registration purposes. Likewise, a seasonal lease and a responsible declaration must be signed to prove the guest's habitual address as well as the purpose of the stay and provide documentation to prove it. The reservation may be canceled if the established legal requirements are not met. The data provided may be communicated to the corresponding registry and/or to the ***** authority Guests can access their apartments via elevator or staircase (there are 20 steps before reaching the elevator). We do not have an intercom, as our customers prefer privacy, but from our cafeteria/restaurant downstairs we offer the service of opening the door to delivery people and providing concierge service. Leave the keys on the living room table before check-out. Guests will be charged for lost keys or locks.
