Island Time is the perfect place to cast your worries away. Unwind in the hot tub and pool, enjoy the on-site grills, or private access to the beach. We’ve thought of just about everything to make your beach vacation as easy and seamless as possible. At this unique condo, you can be as relaxed or as adventurous as you wish. The common stuff the beach house has: Kitchen: All kitchen utensils needed for cooking and eating (pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc.), coffee mugs, wine glasses, water glasses as well as Tupperware. We have salt and pepper ginders in the condo. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and cleaning up as well as pool towels. Keurig and coffee pods, can opener, 3/4 Fridge, full oven and 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, hand held blender, cutting boards, skewers for grilling. Bedroom: King bed, attached full bedroom, 32” private TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and DVD Player, bedside stand, and large closet. Pillows and linens are included Hallway Bunk Beds: Twin over Twin beds, with pillows and linens Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Pillows and linens are included 32” TV with a Amazon Fire TV Stick and a DVD player Extra: Washer/Dryer Items you will need to bring: Anything you plan to eat or drink (including anything you use to prepare your meals such as special seasoning or dressing. Bring your own soap (for the shower), shampoo, and toothpaste (toiletries). You will have 2 paper towels rolls in the kitchen, if you need more than that, please free to bring additional. Bug Spray. Washing detergent if you need to wash clothes/towels while you are there. Flashlights if you want to go crabbing on the beach at night. Guest access: As a guest, you will have access to the entire condo, as well as access to the building pool, hot tub and grills. We live in Fort Worth, Texas, so typically won't be available in person, but are always available immediately via phone, and we have several neighbors that watch the place for us. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our condo is advertised on several rental sites and there is a chance that the dates you are interested in are already booked. PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE FIRST, CHECKING ON THE AVAILABILITY!!!! Do NOT send the “Book” request with your credit card info, we can be booked and will not be able to accept your reservation. If you will submit your payment and we cannot accept your booking, your money may be on hold for a few days.
