Four lots from a quiet beach on the Atlantic Ocean, on a private road bordered by Washington Oaks State Park, is where you can relax and enjoy an entire home away from home. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath (plus outdoor shower) beach house is yours to enjoy! The home has beds for eight (two kings, a queen, and a twin with trundle), but can accommodate ten if two sleep on the queen air mattress. We aren’t obsessive rules people, but ask for a general courtesy. No smoking in the house, no kids jumping on the furniture. Please just help us keep the house in good condition. With every booking we tithe. As the Lord blesses us with bookings, we give back to Him by supporting global missions and other charities. We are happy to direct the tithe from your stay to your home church or a charity, please send me a link to make the donation. Guests will have access to the entire home. Before guests arrive I will email the door codes, specific to the rental dates, that will grant access to the house through the front door. I'm available via email to answer questions, otherwise, we allow the guests the peace they need to enjoy a private stay. Quiet, at the end of a gravel road, perhaps 100 yards from the ocean, with a state park across the road, preserving the peace. The lot to the east of the house is undeveloped, so you will enjoy a lot of privacy. It's best to have a car, as the nearest restaurant is a 5 min drive. The home is 30 minutes south of St. Augustine and forty minutes north of Daytona. It's about 1:20 to Jacksonville and Sanford airports, 1:45 to Orlando International. **Our house is located in Flagler County, as such there is a 5% Tourist Development Tax that they assess to each booking, this is the "community fee" on your bill. The line item for taxes is for the State Occupancy Tax of 7%.**
