We are now renting our paradise/summer getaway!! A perfect location and setup for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our newer modern mobile home is situated on a peaceful corner lot, with a very nice view. Great nature/view setting, with lots of yard space for games and a campfire. We have room for parking, including your boat or jet skis. A nice large front deck overlooking a great view of the neighbor's pond and the great outdoors. The space There are roads around our place for people that like to take relaxing walks. Sunbathe on the deck. Expect windy days, fresh air and the smell of Lake Rathbun when the winds are blowing in the right direction. A very peaceful place to stay. Other things to note * Central Air *Keyless entry on the front sliding glass door and back door *Dish Network *WIFI * No Parties or large gatherings on our property only *No motor homes or campers are allowed on our property * Our property accommodates 6 people. It will sleep 4 people comfortably and you can add 2 additional guests that would sleep on the futon in our living room. * Out of respect for our neighbors, No Fireworks are allowed on our property at any time. * THE POND IN OUR PICTURES DOES NOT BELONG TO US AND THEREFORE CAN'T BE FISHED IN UNLESS YOU WOULD GET THE OWNER'S PERMISSION. The pond is located across the road from our rental which provides a great view. * Fishing guide services are available. Check out Lake Rathbun Guide Service John is excellent and if you love to fish, John will help you find them. * A fish cleaning station is also available at our rental. Please let us know if you would like to use it. *We do have 2 outside outlets for those that need to charge their trolly motors. We do have extension cords available so let us know if you are going to need one. *Rathbun Marina ( Buck Creek) is the only marina. It is 9.9 miles from our rental. They have fuel, boat slips, and a restaurant. *Honey Creek boat ramp is 3.8 miles from our rental. There is no charge to put your boat in the water. It is a favorite for most fishermen around here! *The garage is for own personal use.
