There are two flat screen TVs (both SMART TV's) and unlimited Wifi. The kitchen is fully stocked. This condo faces West, ocean side, and has wonderful trade winds that blow throughout the unit daily. An AC unit for extra comfort is available in the master bedroom and living room if needed. Ceiling fans are located in the bedroom and living room. The outdoor lanai is private and fully equipped with comfortable seating options, and beach gear. For safety, Security cameras at the exterior of the entrances to the condo. The unit is located at Kuilima Estates West and is a short 5 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort and Spa. Explore endless walking trails, private beaches, restaurants and the world famous golf course. The unit comes with one designated parking stall. Please note: Our condo has access to 2 private pools that are shared with the community, along with a BBQ pit and tennis courts. It's about a 2-minute drive to the resort or 5-minute walk. Take in nightly sunsets at Turtle Bay's pool bar, eat at the famous Lei Lei's restaurant right outside your doorstep or try any of the other popular restaurants on the resort property. Roy's is our favorite. Walk across the lawn to the horse stables and have a relaxing visit with the horses on one of the many secluded beaches. There is one parking stall that is designated for the condo. There are also guest parking stalls that you can use with request for a guest parking pass from the security guard.
