A brand-new kitchen next to the dining area has cream wooden units with marble-look worktops, sink with a drainer & mixer tap plus tiled walls. A built-in oven, electric 4 ring hob & extractor hood over, microwave, and fridge/freezer box. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday apartment. Family Bath/Shower room. Bath with shower over the bath, pedestal wash-hand basin, toilet, full floor & part wall tiling, heated towel rail, and mirror. Next to the bathroom is a cupboard with a washer/dryer, iron, airier & ironing board.
