As you enter the mudroom, deposit your clothes, luggage & groceries and move into the open living space. With 180 degrees worth of windows, you get the view inside as well as on the deck and a great area for hanging out. The open kitchen, dininng and living area have two huge open wood trusses, reclaimed Long Leaf Yellow Pine wood floors, an elk antler chandelier over a 10-person table, and an old wood stove under open stairway to the loft. There are two bedrooms downstairs each with Queen beds nestle behind the tub/shower bath with washer/dryer. Upstairs are a couple of recliners and another queen bed and tub bathroom. There are plenty of towels, pillows and bed linens. Just a brisk walk or short drive to downtown & miles of shopping or to the grocery in opposite direction. SKI APACHE ONLY 15 MILES AWAY. About 1300 square feet of enjoyment with central heat and air conditioning controlled by a Honeywell touch screen thermostat. The newly remodeled kitchen has a new GE range and Whirlpool refrigerator, new Quartz countertops with Quartz under mount sink & soap dispenser. The kitchen is fully furnished with plenty of cooking and eating utensils and basic spices and cooking oils. Sorry ... NOT handicap accessible and NO pets please. You will find a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish & laundry soap, shampoo, body wash and coffee. When you arrive you will find a welcome book that contains operating instructions for the cabin along with information about the area such as restaurants we dine at, trails we like to hike, and things to do in the area. The 42” TV has a DVD to play your disks or some of the ones we have there. The cabin has high-speed WiFi and the TV has an Amazon Firestick so you can stream in from your own accounts. You have access to the entire cabin with the exception to locked owner's closet in the Mud Room and the twin beds in the loft.
