This unit is bright and airy and overlooks the marina and pool. 20 miles from Gulf Shores Public Beach. Boat slip #34 is available for the exclusive use of guests in this unit. Two parking permits are included with cleaning fee. Guests should be self-sufficient and independent. This complex is located at the end of the Fort Morgan peninsula with few restaurants and tourist amenities. You will need to bring what you need. There is no on-site management or concierge assistance available. No personal, food, cleaning or beach items are provided beyond what you would find in a standard hotel room. Please refrain from hanging towels and other items on balcony railing to dry. Watercraft and trailers must be parked outside the gates.
