There is minimum of 3-4 nights for holidays and weekdays. There is NO check in or check out on holidays. Ask me before booking.

Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, non-smoking, lakefront house, with 6 bedrooms (4 Queen, 2 Full beds, bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, 1 gas and 1 electric fireplace, 2 Smart TV's (No cable at the house, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu account ), Wi-Fi Internet, pool table and Foosball. The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided. Amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

The house features deck overlooking the lake with a propane (provided) BBQ grill, fire pit (firewood is not provided) and private dock.

Minimum AGE Limit for all GUESTS – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please!!!

The house is located minutes from the Mt Airy Casino (9 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono Nascar 500 (8 miles), Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park, Kalahari and ski area: Bushkill Falls, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Water Gap (18 miles), a short ride to malls (the Premium Outlet or along Route 611), movies, Wal-Mart, restaurants, horseback riding and paintball.

Boat from the private dock. Guests have access to 2 single kayaks, boat, canoe and life vests.

Please note that we are on septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after few showers.

The Lake - "Deer Pond" is non-motor boat (3 acres). You can swim at lake at your own risk. There are rocks and plants on the bottom. Fishing is allowed. Catch and release. You need to buy PA fishing license (you can get it at Walmart in Mt. Pocono on 940 Route) and permit at the office (5$). Kids under 16 are for free. I don’t provide fishing rods. Community office is open Monday - Saturday 10-4pm.

Boat from the private dock. Guests have access to 2 single kayaks, boat, canoe and life vests.

We encourage you to enjoy the community clubhouse, pools, and sports courts. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool is right down the street. Community beach with a playground, Island Park, is about 10 minutes away walking distance. Other attractions provided by Emerald Lakes Community such as basketball court, indoor pool, Main Beach, are minutes away by car.

Emerald Lakes charges guests for use of their amenities, (per person):

Children 2 and under are free.

1-day pass - $15.00 per person

3-day pass - $20.00 per person

7-day pass –$40.00 per person

Outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day weekend to the last weekend before Labor Day weekend, and on Labor Day weekend

Hours of operation of Indoor Pool (September - May):

Monday - 11 am - 7 pm

Wednesday - 11 am - 7 pm

Weekend -11am to 7pm

If any amenity (indoor pool, outdoor pool, trash compactor, tennis courts, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

Property fee is for: cleaning, garbage, bedding, towels, registration fee.

If your party is greater than 14? We have a next door house available for rent (16 people) with the same comfortable settings and features. It’s a perfect option for large family and friends gatherings. Please inquire before booking.
