Located less than two miles away to the popular St Andrews State Park, with sitings of Shell Island, this vacation retreat sits a-top a two-story townhome. A large sun deck overlooks beautiful views of the Gulf water, with enough space to spread out and relax. There are outdoor furnishings present to allow for quiet reading, or a leisurely drink or meal at the outdoor table. Inside, you’ll enjoy a lovely, spacious floor plan for relaxation, entertaining, and fun times! For ease of entry and to protect the home from excess sand and water after times at the beach, there are two entrances. The front stairs and entry door accesses the main living area, whereas the back stairs and entry is accesses the main bathroom. Our large living area is complete with two sitting sections - one around the large, flatscreen TV and the other surrounded by large bay windows allowing natural light to flow and illuminate the indoors! The great living area meets the dining portion inviting you to step into an open kitchen fully equipped and ready to craft delicious gourmet meals and/or snacks to pack for your beach escape with friends and family! Seating is provided for 6 at the main table and 4 more at the bar. Palmer's Paradise provides sleeping arrangements perfect for retreat after a long day at the beach! The Master Suite, features a plush King bed and private bath. The second bedroom, provides a Queen bed, as well as a twin-over-twin bunk, allowing for 4-guests - its a great spot for all of the kiddos to hang out! Both bedrooms have built in wall closets with hangers and shelves to keep clothing. The larger guest bathroom is convenient to both the 2nd bedroom and main living area, featuring double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower with glass doors and custom tile. There is a Queen sleeper in the main living area to allow for additional sleeping. Each bedroom has a 40-in Smart TV mounted on the wall. Internet & Wifi are included! For your convenience away from home, a stackable washer and drier with utility and cleaning supplies is nestled behind folding doors and located in the 2nd bedroom.
