This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando. Just bring your suitcase and a smile as most amenities will be provided in this beautiful home including wifi, Roku, Keurig, beach wagon stocked with chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler, and a fully equipped kitchen. Be sure to peruse your welcome book for brochures and maps to local attractions and restaurants as well as places to have kayaks, paddle boards, bikes or fishing equipment delivered to your door. Fish off the private pier in the backyard or Kayak along the river and discover the local wildlife including manatees, dolphins, luminescent fish and tropical birds. The beach is just a quick 10 minute stroll and we provide all the beach essentials; wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. Watch a rocket launch from your balcony (follow space coast website for scheduling) Note: launches may be scrubbed without warning and we can not accommodate cancelations due to launch scrubs. Visit the space center, a ten minute drive away. Disney world, Universal Orlando, Sea World and the Epcot center is short 45 minutes west by car. Port Canaveral Cruise lines are only five minutes away and offer cruises to far away places as well as day trips on their casino boats. This is a spacious waterfront town home that backs to the river where you can watch the dolphins and manatees play from your balcony while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. The private deck overlooks a garden of stunning tropical foliage lapped by calm waters. There is a private pier where you can view the fiery sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine or experience the thrill of the catch when you fish off the peaceful dock. Early birds can catch the sunrise at the quiet beach ocean side, 5 blocks east. Or, if you prefer to drive to the ocean there is free parking at the end of the street (we recommend driving to the beach with small children). Please note that while parking at the townhome is free of charge, there are only two spaces allowed to this unit and there is no boat access or storage. The cul de sac has 10 mph speed limit that is strictly enforced. You can self check-in and out without stopping anywhere else. Just head straight to the property and you are ready to relax and enjoy. Play in the warm Atlantic Ocean and build sand castles on the beautiful beach 5 blocks away. Have a kayak or paddle board delivered to your dock in the backyard. Walk to a delicious local restaurant. Watch a rocket launch from your balcony (follow scheduled launches at Kennedy space center) Visit the space center, a ten minute drive away. There is a bus stop at the end of the driveway that will take you to Cocoa beach Pier as well as world famous Ron Jon's Surf shop. Two car parking in front of the town home allows you to walk to the ocean 5 blocks west. If you prefer to drive, parking is also free. Our home is equipped with Roku Smart TVs. While there is no local TV cable service, you are welcome to connect to your own Netflix, Hulu or any other TV service provider. Please do not have personal mail delivered to this address as it is a private locked system. Any extra housekeeper services may be arranged through the host and would be an extra charge.
