Wonderful master bedroom suite w/ jetted tub. Full kitchen, free washer/dryer, and a fire pit. A large enclosed deck overlooks the lake. . Family-friendly neighborhood on a private road. Fish, Swim, Boat, and Relax. Sleeps 9-12 Adult/child 4 Bedrooms 2 Baths The space You will be renting the whole house. A detached garage is not for guest use. This home sleeps 9-12 people depending on whether they are adults or children. There are 3 Queen beds. One twin bed. One set of Bunk beds that are full size-- each holds one average size adult or two smaller children. We have one toddler-size bed (no sides) that can be set up. We also have a Graco pack n play playpen. We have installed the best WiFi available. However, Please note the WiFi is on the slower side because we are in a remote location. The Wifi works for email, social media, etc. but It buffers a lot if you try to stream. Depending on your phone service you may be able to hot spot. The large porch does not have AC but does have ceiling fans and an attic fan. Firepit. The rest of the home has AC/Heat. The bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. Guest access Plenty of parking. Drive way is large enough for truck and small boat trailer. No Large Boats as the one lane private road is Very Narrow. Other things to note Please be aware this home is Not in a neighborhood where you can have loud music after 10:00 p.m. We ask our guests to be respectful to our neighbors at all times. Please pick up after yourself and do not leave trash in the yard or down on the lakefront. NO Parties. NO Smoking inside the home. Do Not launch boats from the property. Big M or Eagle Rock Marinas are nearby.
