My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The apartment has just been newly built and is part of our modern "OneBavariaHomes" concept. We try to provide our guests with all the amenities they are used to from home for the duration of their stay. Our bathrooms, for example, are all equipped with so-called "walk-in" showers, i.e. everything is at ground level without disturbing shower trays! In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave and Nespresso machine. TV with HD is just as natural as high-speed (200 MB/s) LAN and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. The beds are box spring beds from Sandriesser. The newly built elevator also leads to the apartment on the upper floor. Thanks to a modern locking card system, you only need one chip for all the necessary doors. The apartment has a size of about 30 sqm and is cleaned weekly and the linen is changed. An iron and ironing board is available. We only have box spring beds and are 2.10 m long and 180 cm wide. The mattresses are from the company Sandriesser and the blankets and pillows are allergy-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave and Nespresso machine. The LAN connection (200 MB/s) is located at the table, otherwise Wi-Fi is of course available. The apartments also all have an HDTV with cable TV. The shower room has a walk-in shower and overhead shower, toilet and sink. Two single beds are also available on request. Internet: Free LAN and Wi-Fi (high-speed 200 MB/s). The room is cleaned once a week. The bed is also freshly made and all towels are replaced. More frequent cleaning is of course possible at any time for a small additional fee. Please contact us.
