***This house operates on a Sunday-Sunday schedule during the summer.  Please do NOT book Saturday to Saturday.  We do occasionally accommodate stays of less than 7 nights in the summer, but please inquire before booking!  Thank you!*** This beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bathroom end unit townhome is ideally located just steps to the public beach access and all of the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place.  Furnished with amost everything you might need for your family beach escape, just load up the kids and come experience ultimate relaxation at Sandy Summer.  With your own private roof deck, you don't even have to leave the house to soak up some sunshine and ocean views!   Sandy Summer is the only unit in the complex that has two parking spaces and a garage space, which allows parking for up to 2 cars.  In the garage you will find an extra refrigerator and everything you could possibly need to head to the beach!  See our list of amenities below for a full list of beach toys.   Once inside on the first floor, you will find a mother-in-law suite featuring a queen sized bed, sofa, private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and full sized washer and dryer.  Heading up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will find the main living area and a bunk room for the kids.  The living room boasts a large sectional and 55" TV for you to relax and watch your favorite shows in the evenings.  The owners love to cook, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal away from home!  Down the hall is the main bathroom for the 2nd floor and the bunk room, which has two twin bunks and a twin over a full bunk, sleeping 5. Heading up the next set of stairs you will find two spacious and light filled bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms.  Both of these bedrooms are large enough to hold a pack n' play for any little ones needing a place to sleep.  From the 3rd floor you can access the spiral staircase up to the massive roof deck, where you can relax with a cold drink and take in some sunbathing or just enjoy the nice breeze and gulf views.  Tucked back away from the road and next to the community swimming pool, Sandy Summer is one of the most private units in the complex.  The living room and roof deck back up to beautiful magnolia trees, which provide wonderful privacy and make you feel like you are in a house all to yourself. 5 Adult Bikes can be added for a $53 flat fee.
