The space Kaylee's Kabin, in Valle Crucis, is located just off of Baird's Creek in The Greene Place. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. It's a dog friendly (pet rent, per pet) property with gated decks, air conditioning, hot tub, fire pit and a wood burning fireplace, so it's perfect for every season. In the living room you'll find a 55" HD Smart TV with Blu-ray dvd player for your viewing pleasure. The loft also has a 40" Smart TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. Both the outdoor hot tub and the custom built fire pit are perfect for stargazing and enjoying those peaceful Valle Crucis nights. The locking gates on both deck entrances are perfect for keeping your pooch safe and secure while at the cabin. Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - Parking space for up to 3 vehicles. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs that weigh 65lbs or less. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
