This 4-bedroom home is on very private and peaceful grounds where you're surrounded by mature fruit trees and tropical foliage, giving you that true Caribbean relaxed vibe. When you're all rejuvenated after your morning coffee/evening cocktail by the pool overlooking the Mt. Irvine golf course, take a gentle stroll to one of the stunning, nearby beaches- Buccoo Bay, Grange Bay, or Mt. Irvine Beach. The space The villa is spacious and comfortable and is designed for Caribbean outdoor living centred around the pool and patio with great views over the golf course. It has recently been renovated and comfortably sleeps 8 people in four separate bedrooms which are all air conditioned; three have their own en suite bathrooms. The gardens are expansive with fruit trees such as mango, oranges, limes, sapodilla, bananas, breadfruit, carambola, and coconut; all for our guests to enjoy when they are in season. Guest access The property comprises two villas. Guests have full access to the larger Fair View Villa with the pool and its grounds. The smaller villa has its own entrance off Auschenskeoch Buccoo Bay Rd and is not currently available for rental.
