Our building is secure and home to 30 friendly residents who are happy to welcome you to Chambersburg! Rose Rent Lofts is a residential apartment community in downtown Chambersburg, PA. The building is a former High School with original portions as old as 1824. This apartment is on two levels and is 1,179SF. There are wood floors throughout the main level except in the bedroom and loft which are both carpeted. There is ample general closet space as well as a large closet in the bedroom. The kitchen has a large counter with counter-height dining stools and lots of storage. The kitchen is appointed with a full set of pots and pans, glass bakeware, metal bakeware, and a wide array of cooking and baking accoutrements. A combo coffee maker for a 12-cup carafe as well as single-serve k-cups is included along with a toaster oven. The large french-door style refrigerator has ice and water in the door. The bathroom has a tub with shower and is appointed with 2 sets of thick, soft cotton towels and oversized bath sheets.. There is a large counter and sink with full-length mirror as well as a smaller, narrow vanity with a medicine cabinet. Ensuite laundry is provided with a stacked washer and dryer. WiFi access is free, and television with cable service is included. In addition to the apartment, residents and their guests are welcome to stretch out in our lobby area to relax, work, or play our 1870 grand piano. Residents and their guests may also enjoy the adjoining community room with its large-screen TV. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the use of our pool table. The hosts and apartment complex owners live onsite in Suite 309. We are available almost any time. We're happy to help with additional requests and have assisted our guests with everything from flat tires to occasional pet walking. We are located in downtown Chambersburg 2 blocks from restaurants, shopping, farmers' markets, and craft breweries. We are less than one mile from the Chambersburg Hospital (Wellspan) and Wilson College. You will have access to one parking space in Rose Rent Lofts' secured parking area. Additional spaces are available in adjacent lots outside our gated area. You are within easy walking distance of downtown. Guests will be given an access code for the security system and guest suite prior to check-in.
