Small, quiet building. Very clean/bright, open concept. Full kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry, dining area, living room. Upstairs: 2 big bedrooms with 4 piece bathroom. Master bedroom 14’ x 12’, TV/cable, & balcony. 2nd bedroom: 14’ x 13’, with 2 double beds, desk. This condo is very clean/bright, open concept, tiled throughout, and is situated in a very safe area of Daytona Beach Shores; excellent for walks after dark. Unlike most condos, our unit faces the ocean from the second and third/top floors and offers panoramic views of the ocean from the master bedroom and the living room double balconies (not just a sliver side view from 10 stories up). This beach is excellent for kids because the sand is soft and there is a sand bar running parallel to the beach, which means you can walk into the water VERY far before going over your head. You can also bike, walk or run for hours on the beach before turning around. No smoking and no pets allowed on premises. Absolutely no house parties as this is a very small and quiet property. Not wheel chair accessible. Exterior flight of stairs to unit and interior flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. High Speed Internet has Upload speed of 6 Mbps, and download is over 45 Mbps. We have beach chairs, loungers, beach toys for kids, and boogy boards, and one umbrella in our garage that you can use on the beach. For our mini guests, we have a baby "pack and play" bed and car booster seat in the master walk-in closet. Plus a large storage bin of toys for boys and girls to play with inside the town house. While several properties in Daytona Beach Shores were closed down after damage from hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Nov 2022, our unit had no damage and our property remains fully open for your stay. We are in a much quieter section of Daytona beach; south of Dunlawton bridge and next to the "no cars on beach" area. Low crime area. Crabby Joe's is a popular restaurant on the pier, and just a 6 minute walk north up the beach. Three kids' parks just south of us, plus a small marine science building near the historic Ponce Inlet Light House museum. Plenty of local seafood restaurants. Great cycling on over sized sidewalks and on the beach. Bring your bikes. There is a public transit system out front, but bicycling is a phenomenal way to get around the beach and the surrounding towns as the land is very flat and there are many 8' wide side walks. For January and February we prefer to rent to one guest, i.e. to snowbirds. You will receive a 20% discount when you book for this 2-month period. With bedrooms situated upstairs in our condo, you really have a home-away-from-home feeling, and less of an apartment condo feel. Also, those wishing to sleep early aren't disturbed by those who are up late.
