We have both a projector for movie-theater style viewing and a normal smart TV. One private bedroom with a king bed. We have a queen sized self-inflating air bed available (including linens) that fits in the living room easily. Guest access Entire guest house and one off-street parking space. Small outdoor seating area. Other things to note We DO NOT accept third party bookings unless the party you are booking for is also listed and verified (ID) through AirBnb. If you are booking for yourself and others, you must arrive on the day of check-in along with your unverified guests. Our guest home is part of our residence and we use this guest home when we are not renting this out to Airbnb. We do leave a supply of basic spices, oils, condiments and stable shelf items in the pantry. If you do not want these items in your unit for your stay, please let us know this when you book your stay.
