Both are brilliant for a summer's day out in the water. The Roman cathedral city of Exeter is only 18 miles away. A wonderful city to wander, visit the cathedral, enjoy some fantastic shopping, restaurants and explore the underground passages. While in Exeter visit the vibrant town of Topsham with wonderful places to have lunch by the water. The town is known for its eclectic antique and vintage shops, as well as local produce markets. Other things to note Dogs - We welcome one small, well-behaved dog to stay with you in the cottage but we request that dogs are not allowed into bedrooms or on furniture (including sofa's and beds) as the Devon red clay which surrounds our countryside stains furniture and carpets heavily. Guests must not leave the dog alone in the premises for any period of time and dogs must be kept on a lead when not in the cottage. Children - AirBnB settings regarding children are very broad, the listing shows that this property is suitable for children but some points to note: The property would be fine for a young infant (ie under 12 months/not mobile) as there are stairs, hard tiled floors, below benchtop oven. The property is also really only suitable for a maximum of two people, so an older child would need to be staying with just one adult.
