Hola! So happy you found us. Come have your creative getaway in nature in our colorfully renovated 1972 Argosy Airstream. We didn't want you to have to squeeze into a tiny camper bathroom, so we made a brand new concrete/tile bathroom to give you extra space to get ready to explore the town in style. Private Roku tv in bedroom, wifi, coffee setup, books, AC/Heat, huge porch for relaxing. 25 minutes to downtown Greenville, near plenty of hikes and trails, or you can relax in nature at home :) The space We’ve renovated our 1972 Argosy Airstream to have a Palm Springs feel to it. To give you extra space so you won’t feel cramped, we’ve built a whole new full bathroom/shower so you can get ready in style ;) Complete with coffee station, Wi-Fi, smart Roku tv, AC/heat, porch area, + more cute little details we can’t wait for you to experience. Other things to note Hi! Please no smoking ( including marijuana or e-cigarettes, etc.), as this is a small house and smoke travels everywhere :') If we do detect smoke, unfortunately we'll have to charge an additional cleaning fee so please please don't make us do this. DOG FRIENDLY RULES: If you bring your sweet pup with you, here are rules to note: - Must be walked on leash on property, cannot let them run free as we have other animals on the property. - It is not a fenced in property so we are not responsible if little friend goes on an adventure. Our airstream is on a larger property with other residents, one being a peacock area. If your sweet friend gets loose and anything happens to other animals on the property, there will be hefty, hefty fines for any damages or loss of animal life. Harsh to write, but I must write this. - Must never be left alone on the property while guests are away. - Must dispose of all waste properly and in the exterior trash bins. - Maximum of two pets allowed on property. - Please do not allow pets on furniture, because if there’s a ton of hair on the bed, our cleaners might charge an additional cleaning fee. If the guest is late to checkout, anything after the grace period of 11:30 am, we will unfortunately have to charge a late fee of $50/hr, as our cleaning crew cannot wait around and we will have to take other measures.
