Two levels of expansive decks & a grassy yard offer spectacular views & private access to the river. Occupancy limit to 8. The space This classic river-style home is your private oasis with easy access to everything happening in Guerneville and wine county. So regardless of the season, you will have plenty to enjoy. This place has it all, whether it is a romantic gateway enjoying stunning views, a family vacation spending the day floating down the river, a girls' weekend tasting wines, or a guys' fishing and canoeing trip. Two levels of expansive decks have plenty of space to have a private meditation and yoga session, or you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the afternoon, and barbecue dinner using an 18" grill. Then, enjoy the level grassy yard on a large lot with friends and family. On arrival, ground-level entry leads into a two-car parking space garage. There are stairs to get up to this stunning view, so be prepared. First, head upstairs into the living room, kitchen, dining area, and sleeping area. This house has 3 large bedrooms (5 beds in total, sofa & chair sleeper), vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, an updated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and incredible views. LIVING ROOM: The main living level upstairs has vaulted wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, large windows, and a patio door that opens to the unobstructed views of the Russian river, peaceful redwoods, and surrounding hills. The living space is excellent for reading, watching TV, or playing games. The wood-burning fireplace makes for a bright & warm space to gather. There is plenty of room for extra guests to bed in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and air beds stored in the closet. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has enough space for two families to stay comfortably. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and eating utensils. In addition, we provide paper towels, garbage bags, and some cooking supplies for your use, such as oils, salt, spices, and tea and coffee. DINING AREA: The dining room has an extendable table to seat ten people comfortably, and patio doors open to the deck. BEDROOM #1 - The River View Room: The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with a new mattress, double closet, chair sleeper, desk and chair, and a gorgeous view of the Russian River. The deck is accessible from this bedroom. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the flowing river, birds, and crickets. BEDROOM #2 - The Redwoods View Room: This cozy bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, a new mattress, a standing clothes rack, and a view of redwoods surrounding the cabin. BEDROOM #3 - The Kids Room: The third bedroom is an excellent area for kids to hang out and is completed with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle, a closed, and a dresser. The bed has enough space for 4 kids or 2 adults & 2 kids to sleep. BATHROOM #1 & 2 - Both bathrooms are renovated and have toilets, showers, and vanities. Both bathrooms are complete with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. The main bathroom has an oversized shower. Guest access Self check-in with keypad.
