The location is idyllic - gorgeous views of the Bay, close to Muir Woods, Muir Beach, and Mount Tamalpais and adjacent to the Golden Gate National Recreation Area - with trails galore for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking. The 3bd/2.5ba home is ideal for families, close friends, and work groups looking to cook, enjoy time together (inside and out), and take advantage of the location (beach, mountains, and trails). The space Enjoy this spacious, two-story property - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor, with full kitchen, family and living rooms, and dining room, and .5 bath on the first floor. Windows, skylights and glass doors allow for an abundance of natural light in the house. There are two separate decks where you can eat, you can enjoy the views from the deck space and dining area and living room. We have a fully-stocked kitchen with all that you will need (spices, dishwasher, appliances, and large refrigerator). The grassy area and trampoline in the yard are great for kids of all ages. A KitchenAid grill is available for grilling on the back deck. Guest access You will have access to the entirety of the home with the exception of one bedroom on the second level and the garage, which will be locked. Please note that we live in the house when we don’t have guests, but there will be plenty of space for you and your belongings! Other things to note Please note that this is our home, so we have personal affects in the house - it is not an empty rental house. The home has a smart lock on the front door. We have a Ring doorbell which records movement outside the front door.
