Guest access You will have access to the entire house which is directly accessible from: Baroda Street, Elizabeth Bay Key collection has been made easy, as I use a lockbox system. This allows you to come and go on your own time. Once you have confirmed the booking I will send you through the details on how to find and operate the lockbox. And if you would prefer me to meet you at the property for check-in this can be arranged, please let me know. Other things to note Please take note that our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning after each guest, along with the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, etc. The sheets and towels that we use are high-quality hotel standard linens, which are guaranteed to be clean, fresh and pressed. If you have any problems with the cleanliness of the house when you arrive, please let us know AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE so that we can send the cleaners back to complete the job.
