Straight on and to the right is the dining room with table seating 6, with buffet, and sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony. Adjacent to this and opposite the foyer is the spacious, bright, airy, and well-furnished living room with sliding glass doors opening to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its commanding view of the gulf from a height of 5 stories. The living area has 2 sofas and with accent tables, as well as an overstuffed chair and ottoman. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment as well. From the foyer is the hallway leading to the bedrooms and baths. To the left is the guest bedroom with king-size bed, night stand/dresser, double dresser, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Guest bath at the end of the hallway has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass door and granite lavatory vanity. Back into the hall leads to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination with sliding glass doors and vanity with decorator lavatory.
