Outside you will find the a magical entertaining space that comes straight from the pages of a lifestyle magazine and you'll want to barbecue and entertain outdoors every day in this amazing oasis - it's just like having your own private resort! At the rear of the home is a fantastic home theatre/family or games room with folding doors that lead out to the absolute star of the show entertaining area. Entertaining is the key word in this truly fantastic home, with a simply gorgeous modern kitchen that even the home master chef will be impressed with, offering the latest in appliances, loads of cupboard and workspace, island breakfast bar, and butlers pantry, PLUS a fantastic and innovative design with awning window that doubles as a bar or servery while you sit outside on the timber deck overlooking the pool with a drink and take in the sunsets. Glass fencing secures the pool which also features a timber decking area to sit back and relax; or have the friends and family green with envy over the absolutely amazing outdoor kitchen with down lighting, ceiling fans and built in barbecue all overlooking the rear garden and taking in the ocean views. We can also cater your event with fresh wood fired oven pizzas for upto 50 people @ $25 per head, or $500 minimum charge. Guest access Guests have full access to the spaces including the entirety of the house, the backyard, front yard and the right hand side of the double driveway. Other things to note *We specialise in accommodating insurance stays. Please enquire re long term booking availability* We are happy to host your event and can provide catering services if required. The host occasionally resides part time in an adjoining self contained unit adjacent to the home. The host accesses the unit through the garage. Guests have full private access to the home during their stay.
