This two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to eight guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, twin-size bunks nestled in the hall area, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. With tasteful décor, nice plantation shutters on windows and all the amenities needed for a picturesque beach vacation, you will easily fall in love with Summerwind 402. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your left, boasting a welcoming atmosphere, with bright décor and a large flat-screen television. The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Across the hall is the separate bunk area, which includes a twin-size bunk bed and a flat-screen television, ideal for children. Take advantage of a full-size washer and dryer, allowing you and your guests to pack light and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. Down the hall, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, leading directly onto the spacious, private balcony which offers those sought-after views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts gorgeous stainless-steel appliances along with all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals for your loved ones while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area, which has a circle table, seating up to six guests. There are four additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Please note: The property association will begin Hurricane Sally repairs to the windows and sliders of all Summerwind properties. Repairs will begin Feb 7th.
