The space This peaceful retreat is located 30 miles west of Columbia, SC beside historic 25 acre Brodie Millpond. The 36' RV is facing the water with an accessible pier for fishing. Do be sure to bring insect repellent and sunscreen while you enjoy the vibrant (and sometimes itchy!) outdoors. Guest access The grassy front yard leading to the water and pier are designated for guests. Guests have access to fire pit, patio, pier, and parking spaces close to the RV. Guests are welcome to fish from the pier. Other things to note Just a reminder that staying in an RV is different from a standard room/house. The space is most comfortable with 2-4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. As noted, up to 6 may sleep in the RV, but storage space for luggage may be tight. Packing in back packs or soft sided duffle bags may be helpful. We provide plenty of board and card games for all ages. Since space is limited, there are no toys, but we do provide a few art supplies for older children.
