Great for extended stays. 4 minute walk to town to enjoy live music, great food and awesome shopping. Shared but private entrance. Large shaded front porch with swings & dining table. Upstairs is the bedroom loft. Spacious room with a queen size bed, comfortable sofa, TV with Netflix & Hulu. Enjoy your coffee on the little veranda. The bathroom has a double-headed shower and a claw foot tub. Safe space for single travelers. Owner lives on premise w/a cat and dog. The space This space is bright and airy with a lot of natural light. The bedroom does not have darkening shades. The entrance is on the front of the house up the porch which has a porch swing, a gas fire pit & a table for dining. Once you are inside, you are in the sunroom. Lots of windows. Upstairs is your bedroom suite. In the bedroom you have high ceilings, a small porch and a full bathroom with shower and claw footed tub as well as a washer and dryer. There is a microwave and a refrigerator and coffeemaker. The space has big windows. The owners lives in the back part of the house with a cat and a dog. Guest access You have the sunroom, bedroom and the front porch to enjoy. Laundry facilities are available in the guest room closet. You also have access to the side yard where you will find a little frog pond. While the front porch and sunroom are common spaces we only use them to enter the house so you can utilize them. During your stay If you need anything I am available. The suite is attached to my living space. Other things to note We are walking distance to everything in Saluda. The quarters is bright and airy. The windows have curtains but you can still see moonlight. Room rental after April is for weekend, week or monthly. No single nights.
