Welcome to the neighborhood of San Antonio Del Mar with it's palm tree lined park, swimming pools, tennis courts and 24 hour gated security. This is a luxury oceanfront home with four bedroom two of them masters with fire place and spectacular ocean view, four and a half baths, two kitchens,two living areas, two dinning areas, lots of deck space, TV room and a beautiful indoor pool and spa with glass roof and wall. This property also features private steps to a beautiful sandy beach. The space The first level features one bedroom with king size bed, one full bath and two living areas. One is with ocean views and fireplace, dinning area, beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The other living area has a desk and work area off the pool. There is an indoor swimming pool & spa that is attached to the second living area. Outside the pool there is a grilling station, palapa and lots of deck space. The lower level features the TV room, full kitchen, dinning area, three full baths and three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and a walk in closet. The others are two master bedrooms with ocean view, king size bed, fire place, walk in closets full bathrooms with double sink. Other things to note Because Airbnb policies do not cover fines from HOA/guards, we require a $1000 USD cash deposit. Deposit is to cover any infringement to The San Antonio del Mar HOA Rules and Regulations (see R&R below) or any missing or damage made to the property. Your deposit will be reimbursed to you within 5 days after check out. You will be asked to sign a separate rental agreement which details no outside guests, parties, or fireworks and you may be escorted out of the community if you disturb neighbors. Saturday check in or out may require a surcharge to be paid separately (discuss with us before you book). It must be a minimum of two nights. Absolutely no smoking and no pets in the house. You must also acknowledge Must climb stairs Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000 USD The pool and spa do not come heated but, if you want the pool heated, it will be at an extra cost of $300 for a two day minimum plus $50 for each additional day. San Antonio del Mar Rules & Regulations: 1. Please be respectful with the guards and maintenance crew 2. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways, a tow truck will be used for non-compliance. 3. Please do not use any type of glass container in the swimming pool areas or park. The fine for non-compliance is $50 dollars. 4. Fireworks are strictly forbidden within the San Antonio del Mar community. 5. Noise will not be tolerated after 10 p.m. either inside or outside the house. 6. Please do not hang wet clothes from the balconies/decks. 7. Please place all garbage in properly secured plastic bags. All waste from pets should be picked up, placed in plastic bags and deposited in trash cans as well. 8. Please do not throw cigarette butts or any other objects in the streets (they may end up in the ocean) or any other common areas. 9. Before using the pool, please rinse in the assigned shower area of the pool. 10. Children 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult when swimming in the pool or the ocean. 11. Babies with diapers will not be permitted in the pool. 12. If you have been to the beach area, please clean your shoes and clothes of any sand and excess water before entering the house, this is a precaution to avoid accidents.
