Our unit is bright and airy. Close proximity to the beach. We have done extensive remodeling completed in November 2020. Reviews featured before November 2020 were based on prior descriptions and offerings. The space is 720sf (66.5 sqm) studio apartment. Tastefully decorated with fully equipped kitchen. King size bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable American Leather Comfort queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Unit can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Bright modern bathroom with deep soaking tub. There are sliding louver doors separating bedroom and living room to ensure some privacy when there are more than a couple staying. Beach accessories such as towels, chairs & umbrella, boogie boards are yours to use. You'll have off street private parking by the entrance to the unit. There's a grill for barbequing downstairs. This is a second floor unit and we live downstairs far in the back -- separated by a 45 ft hallway. Guests in unit will not hear us, and we won't hear them. You are welcome to knock on the door anytime for any assistance and we will certainly respect your privacy. Kailua is a beautiful beach town. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street from our place. Lots of great restaurants in downtown Kailua about 2 miles south. Grocery shopping at Wholefoods, Safeway, Target, Foodland and Times are all within walking distance from each other. The Bus stop is right by the driveway to go to Kailua town which is 2 miles south. However, it's best to have a car to go places. We offer premium HD channels TV programs such as HBO and Showtime.
