*30 day rental. Please inquire. Come, Escape to Paradise! This beautiful secluded home is in the perfect spot along the Windward shore of Oahu. This 2500 sqft Ka'a'awa, air-conditioned home can sleep 8-10 people in 3 bedrooms and an open den. Planning on working from home? Why not do so in this Hawaiian paradise! We've increased our wifi internet speed (200 mbps contracted), added smart TVs, charging stations and improved telecommunications. Beautiful, lush, and tropical foliage adorn the grounds. One lot from the water's edge and just a two-minute walk to the local beach park, it is Hawaii as you imagined it. You'll have kayaks, boogie boards, 2 bikes and snorkel gear at your disposal. Go kayaking or snorkeling right in front of the house. When it comes to relaxing and unwinding, you will have plenty of room inside and out with the beautiful, professionally landscaped yard. Stunning vistas and tropical plants surround you from every angle and window. Unlike many other local ocean front properties, the double pane windows and the foliage surrounding the home ensure that no road noise bothers you. Open the upstairs windows and listen to surf break on the reef. Stretch out on the 400 sqft. covered lanai and let the ocean sounds lull you to sleep. Located in the quiet and quaint village of Kaaawa on the Windward Coast, midway between Kaneohe and Laie (the start of the North Shore). You will be just 2 minutes from Kaaawa Beach Park or Kahana Bay State Park, 5 minutes from Kualoa Ranch and Chinaman's Hat Island and 15 minutes from the world famous Polynesian Cultural Center. You can also go hiking in the mountains behind Kaaawa, Crouching Lion and in Kahana Bay State Park. Experience Hawaiian living and customs at Kahana. See their Cultural Gardens and learn how Hawaiians survived and thrived from the Mountains to the Ocean Reef. Easy calm kayaking in Kahana Stream, one mile away, or in shallow ocean just across the street. No traffic...seriously...this can be a big issue along the North Shore. If you are looking to have an authentic Hawaiian experience surrounded by ocean, mountains, jungle and beaches, Escape to Paradise is the place for you! *Once a Month. Escape to Paradise is our home which we occasionally rent out once in 30 day period while we are away. For our guests paying a daily rate, we require a 10 or preferably a 14 day minimum stay in that 30 day rental time window. With so many now working from home, come bring your work to your new office here in Paradise! **Please note In order to remain compliant with city and county zoning regulations this property is rented in 30 day increments to one group with a preferred minimum of 10 days occupancy during that time. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Rate is between 8-10K depending on season, no daily or weekly rates offered. Actual dates of occupancy must be disclosed for security, maintenance and cleaning purposes" The Hawaiian Islands have some of the most remote tropical rainforests in the world. Nevertheless, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. We met Kahala from Kahana as you suggested and he generously showed us his garden. We climbed up the mountain and enjoyed the view. The Kaaawa area is very beautiful and so are its people. We have soaked up the beautiful Hawaiian atmosphere, soaked up the sun and dipped in it's waters. But the most wonderful memories will be swimming with the Sea Turtles ... wonderful lovely memories.
