A private-fenced in back yard with a pool and barbecue grill perfect for relaxation even pets can enjoy. Pool season is May-October depending on weather. There are several wineries and hikes within 20 minutes drive. Outdoor security cameras to ensure the safety of our guests. The space This house is perfect for large families or people traveling in larger groups. The first bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Second bathroom has a heated overhead light and bathtub. A queen air mattress and the couch can accommodate even larger parties up to 9 people. Garage can accommodate parking for two care with additional 2 spaces in the driveway. Fenced back yard will allows pets to run freely. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. A four-digit code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check in is at 3pm or after and check out is at 11am or before. Other things to note The pool does have a deep end that goes to 6ft. The deep end is the side of the pool away from the house towards the deck. The deck does not have side railings. Pool use is at the guests own risk. We do not assume any responsibility for damages or bodily harm related to pool use. No glass bottles will be permitted in the pool. Any alcohol consumption while using the pool is the responsibility of the guests. No smoking permitted on the property. There will be extra charges if there is any evidence of smoking.
