If all you need is a bed and a bathroom, Roxie is the cabin for you! A very comfortable full-size bed, a composting toilet, and a mini woodstove are here for you in this cozy 8x12 cabin in the woods. 2wd vehicle access and a parking spot near your door. Hike trails, kayak, go fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! A firepit with wood, an outside table, a coffee press, a table, hammock chairs, and solar power lights & charging. The space This Tiny Cabin sits on 100 acres of land where you are free to roam. There are trails to hike, kayaks, or a canoe for your use. Life vests and paddles are provided. During winter months we have snowshoes, cc skis, and ice-fishing gear available for guests. *A shared bathroom/shower in our office building is available 24 hrs a day for your use. A portable propane grill, a small charcoal grill (which can be used on the porch if it's raining), and an outdoor firepit can all be used for cooking. A 2.5 gal jug of fresh drinking water is provided. There is "tiny" split, dry firewood for the woodstove and a bundle of wood provided for the fire pit outside. Kitchen supplies include: Cast iron pan, pot and pot holder Coffee press and mugs 2 Plates/Bowls/Silverware sets Spatula/Tongs/Can and Wine bottle openers Small cutting board. Foldable sink and dish towels Outside adventures: The water is a 1-2 minute walk from the cabin. Reflective markers have been placed on the water trail and headlamps are provided for a night hike to the dock! The "Pub" area has been cleared and includes a chimenea fireplace, full-size hammock, and teak bar with games! Pack a beverage and hike to the pub for a game of cribbage and a great view with your favorite person! This quick hike has a path lit with solar jar lights for nighttime adventures. The Dock area includes 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 2 canoes, and 1 Yakboard all available for your use. (lifevests and paddles are stored at the dock). There is also a fire pit and chairs. Axe Throwing! We have built an Axe Target! Take a short hike and find everything you need for a game! Hike the Yellow Trail to the Pizzeria! At a clearing on the trail, there is a woodfired pizza oven! **This is a new property and we are working on some exciting activities to offer guests. 2023 will be a work in progress - enjoy a discounted rate as we are putting things together! We are looking for feedback from our guests! If you have ideas or suggestions, we want to know! Cell phone service works throughout almost all of the property (works at the cabin). Wifi access will be available soon! Guest access Guests can access all areas.
