You are renting the upper level if the house. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level of the house. The living room has a 70” television and there is a 46” television in the master bedroom. The wifi has a strong signal. There are also three bedrooms on the lower level of the house. There are two rooms on the west side of the lower level and one room on the east. The room on the East side is occupied by the owner. Guest access You will have access to the laundry room. You have one spot in the driveway to park a sedan or similar size car.
