The lounge has a sofa bed so there is room to sleep up to 6. Off the kitchen there is another toilet and in an adjacent barn there is a utility room with extra washing facilities and room to hang up wetsuits or wellies. Short walk to bus stop. Other things to note We have designed the barn with a focus on sustainability. There is an air source heat pump for underfloor heating and hot water and solar panels for electricity. You could charge your car with solar energy when the sun shines. You can even plant a tree in our woods to offset your travel carbon footprint. Our new wood- fired hot tub is heated using our own woodland's coppiced, sustainable wood. The farm setting means there is some uneven ground in places and steps so even though we do have disabled access, those with poor mobility may need some assistance on slopes.
