While here, you can stroll to the beach in a 6 to 7 minute walk (two blocks, 0.3-0.4m), or, use the FREE neighborhood trolley that runs to and from the beach all summer long. Pick up and drop off is merely a phone call away, and right from your front door. If the waters of the Gulf are too salty, enjoy one of the largest resort pools in Destin, right at our door step. The heated pool features zero-entry access, (perfect for toddlers and elderly), beautiful rock waterfall features, hot tub, tiki hut bar and ample outdoor lounging areas in a lush landscaped setting. Our beach house is a beautifully appointed 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with 2 King beds, 1 queen, 2 singles and bunk bed that sleeps 3. Additional sleeping is provided by sleeper sofas if necessary. Additionally, our kitchen is fully stocked, ready to create meals from the fresh catch of your successful fishing trip when you return from Destin Harbor. Our home is clean and perfectly situated. We’ve thought out all of the details to make your stay at the Emerald Coast memorable…. High speed wifi internet, flat screen televisions, high definition cable, hair dryers in each bathroom and much, much more. My husband and I just live 15 minutes away and are always available by phone when needed. You will be left to your privacy and vacation otherwise. Our neighborhood is a seven to ten minute walk from the beach or a very short, free trolley ride. The house is also located very close to the Destin Commons Outdoor Mall, AMC movie theater, Whole Foods and tons of options for other dining out. It is truly the perfect destination. There is room in our driveway for two cars and additional parking is across the street by the pool. The Free Trolley will pick you up at our front door. All you have to do is call them. When your ready to return give them a ring and they will pick you up and return you to our home, You can walk to shopping and dining options. The Destin Commons Outdoor Mall is not even a five minute drive. The AMC movie theater, Uncle Bucks Fish Bowling Alley and Whole Foods are all located in the parking lot of the mall. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet is about a 30 minute drive due to traffic. The Harbor Walk, Boshamps and McQuires is also a 30 minute drive due to traffic. *Pets are always considered! Let's talk.
