The space Extremely well positioned, our apartment is just 10 minutes of walking from Unirii Square, our most central point of our city. Very spacious, over 100 square meters in size, with two independent bedrooms, open space living rooms that are all connected on the outside terrace ensuring you have an immersive view over our city. Two independent full bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. We have air conditioning with separated units for the master bedroom and living room that will keep the apartment cool during summer days. For colder days, the whole apartment has underfloor heating with personal thermostat to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM ! Other things to note - The flat capacity is for 6 people, no additional guests allowed. - We can provide check in between 08 AM and 10 PM daily. If you would arrive outside these hours, we do our best to arrange it as desired, but please note that additional cost may arise. - Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons - Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
