Location! Location! We know you're going to love our family's 1920 beauty! Lots of updates and newly furnished. Short distance to Downtown Knoxville, Neyland Stadium, Ijams Nature Center, Baker Creek Reserve, Southcoast Pizza, Alliance Brewing, Southside Garage, Cycle One Motorcycle Shop, Thompson Boling Arena, Kerns Food Hall, Women's basketball Hall of Fame, short drive to Smoky Mtns., Bijou Theatre, Tennessee Theatre, across the street from Suttree Landing Park on the Tennessee river. The space Get comfy in this cozy little place, walk over the brewery and grab a beverage, go on over to the food truck and grab some food, walk downtown and check out Market Square, go across the street to the park and launch a kayak, catch an uber to a concert, take a hike at Ijams Nature Center, ride the trails of Baker's Creek, explore Knoxville's Urban Wilderness or just chill by the fire in the back yard. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we are so conveniently located to everything you would need to have the best trip! Need to work a little in your trip? We got ya covered with a desk, comfy chair, and a few supplies! Our workstation and fast Internet will make working a breeze! We have two bedrooms and a sofa couch. All three are Queen size. We also have a futon couch in one of the bedrooms, but this is intended only for sitting, not sleeping. The only thing we would like to bring to your attention--you walk thru both bedrooms to access the bathroom. While this has never been an issue for us, our friends, and many who have lived here and stayed here with Airbnb, if you're coming with someone who is not your camping buddy, close friend or family, this may be something to consider. Although our place does have a sleeper sofa, it is more comfortable for four adults, which is why we have it listed as accommodates four! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need--including wine glasses and opener! Sit out on the front porch and enjoy a small view of the Tennessee River! Remy and I are always here to help you with suggestions of things we love about the area...places we love to go... Your check in will be seamless with our keypad entries. Right outside the back fence, you are directly in front of the pizza place, breweries, food trucks and more! Just a step away! No need to drive!
