A Frame: 2 bedroom Private Deck TV / Wifi And Much more! 10 minutes to Kawartha dairy (seriously go get some ice cream it's delicious), and 15 minutes from Bancroft which has some great spots to shop, grab groceries, hit a patio or hike at Eagle's Nest. Guest access Have some laughs with friends and family on your deck, head down to the viewing platform with comfy Muskoka chairs for some much deserved R&R or hit the dock for a little fun in the sun or a swim. There is plenty of green space waterside for lounging or games, and you're also welcome to use the fire-pit at night to toast some marshmallows or just cuddle up for a romantic evening under the stars. Don't miss the sunset, it's gorgeous! Other things to note As with most cottages our water source is lake water. Please do not drink it. Clean water is provided. Early Spring and the Fall tend to get cooler in the evening - we recommend packing heavier clothes! A set of bed linens and bathroom hand towels / kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and shower towels. We're on lake water and septic, as such we do not have laundry available onsite. Please bring any extra linens / blankets / towels you may require. Please be respectful of the neighbours. No parties or excessive noise at any time.
