You will enjoy a very private stay on our property with a dedicated parking spot. Beautiful sunrise & sunset views. 13 miles from Balloon Fiesta Park. The camper/Rv spot is located at the end of our driveway which is on the backside of our home and property. We live on the property, but you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you chose. Depending on the shifting winds, you may have a spectacular show of hot air balloons as you step out of your camper. We do NOT provide the RV. The space Wonderful location to enjoy the Balloon Fiesta and all the wonderful fall events before and after the Balloons fly! FYI. Airbnb insists on even a camper location to be listed as a 1 BR, 1bed and half bath. None in which is provided by host. You bring your own accommodations. You will be provided a 50 amp hookup along with water, sewer and great Wi-Fi for fast streaming. This is a very private space on the backside of our property. Guest access Guests will have a space that can accommodate up to a 30ft camper with an outside area to relax. You must be able to be able to back up our driveway to get your camper into the camper location. Again, only up to 30 ft maximum camper/rv length. Other things to note Great local restaurants, shopping and walking in the Bosque (the Rio Grande). Close to I25 and 550. Dogs are fine, they must be leashed on our property and picked up after (poo). Dog parents should keep pups a distance from our egg laying girls… Yes, we have chickens. They are very well cared for and need a stress free environment. 😋
