The Annexe is ideally situated for activities such as walking, visits to beaches and birdwatching. One of the beds is a sofa bed which is located in the living room, please note that if you are booking for more then 4 guests, there is an extra charge of £10 per night. The main living space is upstairs, both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the ground floor. The property is just a stone's throw from the sea and perfectly positioned very close to Wells Quay. This property is pet friendly; we will happily accommodate two dogs, but please ask if you have more! The garden area is fully enclosed for your four legged friends to enjoy! Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the property and please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Please note there is a £20 charge per pet Other things to note The property has shared access way parking adequate for one small / medium sized car but not large suvs or for people who have difficulty parking in tight places. Other parking is available in the nearby streets but please do not obstruct access of residents. Please note that this is an 'upside down house'
