The family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee.

Set in a quiet neighborhood about three blocks to the Southernmost Point in the continental United States and five blocks to the popular Higgs Beach hot spot, fun will always be close by. Explore the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, and the Key West Lighthouse.

Kick off the sand, grab an ice-cold drink, and sink into the plush couch while you surf the cable channels. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer and then connect to the free WiFi to post some pictures of your beachside adventures. Head down to the beach to rent a stand-up paddleboard or maybe book a high-flying parasailing session to fly above the beach. Finish the day with a quick meal made in the fully equipped kitchen or dine out on Duval Street.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Street Parking ONLY. There is parking available on Vernon St and Alberta St on a first come-first serve basis, not assigned. The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them. The Home Owners Association does not allow motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts on the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
