We do ask that you minimize dogs relieving themselves on the backyard lawn to prevent yellowing and that their nails are neatly trimmed to avoid potentially scratching the floors or couches. Dog are to be kept off of the two couches in the rear facing the pool (leather couch and grey recliners). *If you are traveling with children, please give us a heads up on the ages (for pool and stair safety) and if you plan to bring gates, so we may prepare accordingly. Always appreciated. * Children and pets/animals are to be supervised at all times. Any damages resulting from the guest, co-travelers, and pets/animals will be the sole responsibility of the guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the house, kitchen, and backyard. No garage or downstairs closet access, however, there is plenty of driveway and street parking available. Other things to note *If guests would like the pool heated, then it will cost an additional $350 per each 1-week of stay. *$200 gas and electric utility cap included in monthly rate. Guests are responsible for any overages. *Brand new high-end stainless kitchen appliances - do not use any abrasives to clean or wipe down appliances. Be extremely careful removing gas stove grates when cleaning stove as stainless may scratch. Guest responsible for any damages. *Three exterior security cameras at this property: one above the garage facing the driveway, one on the front porch facing the entryway, and one on the back door facing the pool. These cameras are clearly visible, do not face private areas, and are active 24/7 for safety & security purposes. No interior cameras. *Decor and furniture may be updated periodically to maintain the highest quality experience.
