This is my home where I live, I travel often, renting out my home while I am away. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with evaporative cooling, not AC. The space My charming home was built in 1920, so it has it's quirks and squeaks, but I love it and hope you do too. It has been remodeled and updated with all new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer and new floors. It stays warm and cozy in the winter and cool in the summer with a powerful swamp cooler. There is plenty of room inside to keep your bikes or other outdoor gear safe. Guest access I offer two comfortable quiet bedrooms with queen beds with down alternative comforters. Each room has a ceiling fan. Relax after your adventure with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and AppleTV. I don't have cable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. The huge backyard is fenced in and private with dog door access for traveling furry companions. The patio is perfect for relaxing and grilling after your days adventures. The washer and dryer is located in the basement, I have provided laundry detergent for you, please limit yourself to only one load. Thank you. If you need to check in early or leave stuff at the house before your official check in let me know and I will try to accommodate. Please respect the 11am checkout so my cleaner can start on time. If you need to leave some luggage for a few hours that would be fine, I just need to know ahead of time Other things to note Make yourselves at home! Please feel free to use any condiments or spices in the kitchen. There is a filtered water dispenser in the fridge. If you are only using a few dishes, please wash them by hand and reserve the dishwasher for a full load. Thanks! Please note this house is cooled with a swamp cooler and not AC. Leave windows cracked in the summertime! Towels available in the bathroom, but please be respectful or my water bill and the earth and only use what you really need. Sometimes, depending on the season, the doors take a bit extra oomph to latch closed, please ensure the doors are locked with the deadbolt when you leave.
