The space This is an open concept tiny camp with outdoor shower and separate indoor composting toilet. There is electricity, therefore many conveniences of home, but NO running water. Therefore it’s like camping. Multiple heat sources including a Vermont casting wood stove. The building sits on 3+ acres 100 yards from the main house and retreat space. Skylights and antique schoolhouse lamps. Enjoy ponds and streams, feel away from it all just over the Worcester/Leicester line. Makes a great writer or artist retreat space. And you can't get better access to the disc golf courses next door. Guest access You will have the entire building to yourself. It has its own garden and fire pit, patio and patio set. Wander the grounds visiting chicks and ducks or rest in the hammock, hike, or kayak. Behind, lies Southwick pond and beside, Maple Hill Disc Golf and Christmas Tree Farm. We have all kinds of toys and sporting goods. Other things to note Again, there is no running water, but access to water. The outdoor camp shower is hot. There is a hose and outdoor table where dishes can be done and water refilled. A water dispenser in camp.
