The Dock Condo is in the community of Bluewater Bay, located less than 10 miles from the white sand beaches of Destin and 30 miles from 30A. VPS airport is less than a 20 minute drive. This 1st floor single level condo is waterfront with unobstructed views of Rocky Bayou extending to Destin and FWB PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS PER HOA RULES The space The Dock Condo is a smoke-free environment, just steps to the water with unobstructed Bayou Views. Bring your kayak or SUP and hop on right in front of the unit! The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking including pots, pans, baking dishes. Complimentary starter Coffee, tea and snacks are provided upon check in with a drip maker. The living room features a smart tv so you can plug in your Amazon, Netflix or other streaming password and comfortable furniture with WIFI extending throughout the house. There is also a desk right in front of the large picture window in case you need to work while in the condo. The dining room has seating for 4. The outside patio has a BBQ and two recliner chairs to bask in the amazingly peaceful water views and watch dolphins frolicking in the bayou. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed, views of the bayou and a private bathroom complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer The second bedroom has a king bed and a half bathroom. While there is no closet space in this room, there is a small clothes hook for clothing There is an apartment size washer and dryer in the hallway for use during your stay. With complimentary starter soap and dryer sheets. Typically enough for 2-3 day stay. If you are visiting with children, please note that the dock and the water is not fenced off, do not leave children unattended on the grass areas.
